1. Acceptance of terms

By entering a MasterGamingHall venue, using our website or making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services or enter the venue.

2. Venue access and minimum age

MasterGamingHall welcomes visitors of all ages during normal opening hours. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Some events, tournaments or late-night sessions may be restricted to guests aged 18+; age limits are stated on the event page.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave who appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively or breaches these terms.

3. Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices shown at the time of booking are in US dollars ($) and include applicable local taxes. Payment is due at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise for private events. Our Booking & Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of these terms.

4. Conduct at the venue

We want everyone to have a safe and fun experience. You agree to:

• Treat staff, other visitors and equipment with respect.
• Follow staff instructions and safety information, especially for VR and motion simulators.
• Not bring outside food or drink without prior approval; we have a bar on site.
• Not smoke, vape or use open flames indoors, in line with local law.
• Immediately report any damaged equipment or safety hazard to staff.

5. Equipment and liability

Arcade cabinets, VR headsets, PCs, consoles and pinball tables are provided for recreational use. Please use them responsibly. We are not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions or pre-existing medical conditions.

Each visitor is responsible for their personal belongings. Lockers are available, but we recommend not bringing valuables.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, including logos, images, text and design, is owned by Мастър Гейминг Хол ЕООД or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. Game titles and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners.

7. Website use

The website is for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, access restricted areas or use automated tools to scrape content or bookings.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before completing a booking.

9. Changes and interruptions

We may change opening hours, equipment availability, event schedules or prices without prior notice. We are not liable for cancellations caused by force majeure, including power failures, technical breakdowns or orders from authorities.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us directly at play@mastergaminghall.bg so we can try to resolve them amicably. Where disputes cannot be resolved, the courts of Bangkok, Thailand have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local consumer forum rights.
